1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Unicorn Solutions Zimbabwe ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Unicorn Solutions Zimbabwe provides IT solutions including but not limited to:
- Web hosting services
- Web development and design
- Domain registration and management
- CRM and ERP system implementation
- Digital marketing services
- Professional email services
- POS systems
- Custom software development
3. Account Registration
To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing: All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, mobile money, and credit/debit cards.
4.3 Billing Cycles: Services may be billed monthly, annually, or as one-time payments depending on the service selected.
4.4 Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. A reconnection fee may apply.
4.5 Refunds: Refund policies vary by service. Web hosting services may offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days. Custom development services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for:
- Illegal activities or content that violates Zimbabwean or international law
- Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk emails
- Hosting or distributing pirated software or copyrighted material without authorization
- Phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices
- Adult content, gambling, or other prohibited material
- Activities that compromise the security or integrity of our systems
- Resource abuse that affects other customers
6. Web Hosting Specific Terms
6.1 Resource Usage: Shared hosting accounts must not use excessive server resources. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that negatively impact server performance.
6.2 Uptime Guarantee: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
6.3 Backups: While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
6.4 SSL Certificates: Free SSL certificates are provided for eligible hosting plans.
7. Domain Registration
7.1 Ownership: You retain full ownership of domains registered through our services.
7.2 Renewal: Domains must be renewed before expiration to maintain ownership. We will send renewal reminders, but ultimate responsibility lies with you.
7.3 Transfers: Domain transfers are subject to ICANN rules and registry policies.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Company IP: All Company trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of Unicorn Solutions Zimbabwe.
8.2 Custom Development: For custom development projects, intellectual property ownership will be specified in the project contract.
8.3 Client Content: You retain ownership of content you upload or create using our services.
9. Service Modifications and Termination
9.1 By Company: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with or without notice. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9.2 By Client: You may cancel services at any time. Cancellations must be submitted through the client portal or in writing. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party services or content
- We are not liable for data loss, security breaches, or service interruptions
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Unicorn Solutions Zimbabwe harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Zimbabwe.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
13.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
13.3 Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Severability

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Unicorn Solutions Zimbabwe regarding the use of our services, superseding any prior agreements.
